Terms and Conditions
Mantis Madness Packages can only be reserved through the Mantis Central Reservations Office and in conjunction with the standard Mantis Terms & Conditions
- All rooms are subject to availability
- Applicable to the following room types:
- Standard and Superior rooms at The Last Word
- Standard rooms at Grande Roche
- One and Two bedroom suites at Lake Pleasant Living, depending on size of booking
- Standard Mountain Facing rooms at Radisson Blu
- Deluxe Suites at Cape Royale, Luxury Hotel and Residence
- Classic Rooms and Deluxe Suites at Views Boutique Hotel & Spa
- Not available over Easter or between 10 June and 15 July 2010
- Cape Royale, Luxury Hotel and Residence is not available in April, June or July 2010.
- Strictly applicable for groups of up to a maximum of six (6) rooms (12 persons sharing) per booking
- A maximum of three (3) free nights can be accommodated per hotel, per booking.
- Included:
- Shamwari Game Reserve, Jock Safari Lodge, Sanbona Wildlife Reserve, Nkomazi Game Reserve and Oceana Beach & Wildlife Reserve are inclusive of accommodation, meals, game drives and selected local beverages.
- Lake Pleasant Living, Grande Roche, Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence, Radisson Blu and Views Boutique Hotel & Spa are inclusive of accommodation and breakfast.
- The Last Word Retreats are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and selected beverages.
Child Policy
Radisson Blu Hotel:
- Children sharing with adults can only be accommodated in Business Class Rooms or Two Bedroom Suites. Families would therefore require an upgrade to the applicable room type.
- Children sharing will be subject to an additional cost for breakfast
- A maximum of two (2) children (0-11 years) may share with two (2) adults in a Business Class room.
- A maximum of one (1) child (12-16 years) may share with two (2) adults in a Business Class room.
- A maximum of two (2) children (0-11 years) OR one (1) child (12-16 years) may share with four (4) adults in a Two Bedroom Suite
Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence
- Children under the age of 12 years (maximum of 2 children) will be accommodated in a Family Deluxe Suite or Penthouse on a bed and breakfast basis if sharing with adults. Families would therefore require an upgrade to the applicable room type.
- Children occupying their own suite will be charged at the normal suite rate.
- Cots will be provided for children aged 0 – 3 free of charge.
- The above is subject to the availability of Family Deluxe Suites and Penthouses.

Upgrades
- Radisson Blu Hotel:
- Upgrade to a Superior Room has a surcharge of R425.00 for single occupancy and R625.00 for double occupancy
- Upgrade to a Business Class Room has a surcharge of R825.00 for single occupancy and R1025.00 for double occupancy
- Upgrade to a Two Bedroom Suite has a surcharge of R2975.00
- Please note that these rates are per room per night and non commissionable
- Cape Royale Luxury Hotel and Residence
- Upgrade to a Family Deluxe Suite has a surcharge of R1170.00 per suite per night. This rate includes breakfast for four people
- Upgrade to a Penthouse has a surcharge of R1830.00 per suite per night. This rate includes breakfast for six people.
- Please note that these rates are per suite per night and non commissionable
- Grande Roche
- Upgrade to a Junior Duplex Suite has a surcharge of R175.00 per suite per night
- Upgrade to a Duplex Suite has a surcharge of R580.00 per suite per night
- Upgrade to a Terrace Suite has a surcharge of R905.00 per suite per night
- Upgrade to a Honeymoon Suite has a surcharge of R2040.00 per suite per night
